The commentary diagnosis primary causes for China to push forward this initiative despite mounting economic and political risks. Korea paper updated now available in Spanish & Portuguese

In 2018, then U.S. Army Colonel James M. Minnich wrote a paper entitled “North Korea Solution,  Changed Regime” for the Military Review, a U.S. Army professional journal. Versions of that paper are now available in both Spanish and Portuguese. New paper on Synchronized Humanitarian, Military and Commercial Logistics

Dr. Benjamin Ryan, DKI APCSS, and Dr. Joseph Green, Pacific Disaster Center (PDC), proposed a systematic methodology to rank needs of people with life threatening conditions and chronic diseases before, during and after a disaster at the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine (WADEM) Congress in Brisbane, Australia, on May 8, 2019.
